Obedience

Although God created man without man’s help, He will not save man without his consent or obedience.

One step forward in obedience is worth years of study about it.

There is no harmony in the heart without the joyful notes of obedience.

The most fitting response to undeserved blessing is unreserved obedience.

He is wise who learns to obey where others go astray.

Obedience sheds light on the hidden things of God.

It is ours to obey His commands, not to direct His counsels.

It is not facing the music that hurts–sometimes it is listening to it.

Your obedience to God today determines what you’ll be for God tomorrow.

True spirituality is not judged by what we do but by our obedience to Him.

Delayed obedience is disobedience.

The Christian who claims the promises of God should obey the commands of God.

God’s laws last longer than those who break them.

Obedience to God removes pretense from our prayers.

A small step of obedience is a giant step to blessing.

Before we can speak God’s message, we must listen–the open ears always come before the open mouth.

Obeying God is the best prescription for spiritual health.

The cost of obedience is nothing compared with the cost of disobedience.
