Pray and Be Patient, vv. 1-5
A. Pray
- That the Word of God would have free course to counter the lies of Satan.
- That we be delivered from wicked men.
B. Be Patient–>Persevere in the Love of the Lord’s promise of His Coming and Expect it at any moment.
Work if You Want to Eat, vv. 6-13
A. Separate from the disorderly.
- Follow Paul’s example
- Take care of your own business
B. Don’t be chargeable to someone else.
C. Be not weary in well-doing, see Galatians 6:9.
Hear and Heed the Word of God, vv. 14-18
