We Know that the Son of God Has Come, v. 20

We Can Know that We Have Eternal Life, vv. 13 & 19.

We Know that Prayers Prayed in God’s Will Are Heard and Granted, vv. 14-15.

A. Praying according to God’s will.

1. “Prayer is not only asking but also a time of yielding one’s life to the will and work of God.”
2. “When we learn to want what God wants, we have the joy of receiving His answer to our petitions.”

B. Ministry of Prayer, vv. 16-17, forgiveness.
